Open House Partner™ provides professional open house hosting services for licensed real estate agents. Our services include pre-event promotion, property flyers, refreshments, guest management, professional hosting, and post-event reporting.
Our services are available exclusively to licensed real estate agents operating within our service area (San Antonio, Texas and surrounding communities). By requesting our services, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed real estate agent in good standing with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
Submitting a hosting request does not guarantee service availability. All requests are subject to our availability, scheduling constraints, and approval. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion.
As the listing agent, you are responsible for:
Open House Partner™ services are provided at no cost to participating listing agents. All hosting expenses, including promotion, materials, and refreshments, are covered by Open House Partner™. There are no referral fees, hidden costs, or compensation exchanged between parties.
Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. We understand that circumstances change in real estate. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed open house.
Open House Partner™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services (which is $0 for listing agents).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

We strongly recommend that listing agents discuss this arrangement with their managing broker before participating. While broker approval is not legally required for this type of collaboration, we encourage transparency and compliance with individual brokerage policies. We are happy to speak directly with brokers who have questions about our compliance procedures.
Either party may decline future partnership opportunities at any time without cause or penalty. There is no ongoing obligation to continue partnering after any individual open house event.

Open House Partner™ is not responsible for the condition of the property before, during, or after the open house event. We exercise reasonable care while on the premises but are not liable for:
We are not responsible for the actions, statements, or conduct of open house visitors or any third parties. Listing agents and sellers are responsible for securing valuables and ensuring the property is appropriately prepared for public viewing.
